EPIC.LUX5

EPIC.LUX returns for its 5th event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry on the 13th-16th of August. At EPIC.LUX you can enjoy a weekend of relaxed gaming in one of the conference rooms of the hotel. Ticket prices are currently unknown, however we will update here once we know them.

Attending EPIC.LUX events

Don’t expect a full schedule at EPIC.LUX events – in fact, don’t expect one at all. EPIC.LUX is a very laid back event where you can enjoy the company of your friends. However, please feel free to join our Discord, where you can get the EPIC.LUX role to find attending Beans to game with.

Accomodation

One of the main selling points of EPIC.LUX is that it is based in the hotel you sleep in. The DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry has 3 different options when it comes to accomodation. These are single, double, and twin occupancy. Single occupancy is £TBC and double/twin occupancy is TBC. These can be (not yet!) booked by contacting Acccomodations UK by phone (0191 213 2131) or email (book@accommodationsuk.co.uk). The hotel offers free parking, onsite catering throughout the day.

As this event is run by EPIC.LAN, the EPIC.LAN Discord is also a fantastic place to stay up to date – before, during and after LAN, you’ll find interesting conversations and important announcements.
