The Moxy (££££)

The Moxy is the closest hotel, however the lack of distance comes at a cost. This is one of the more expensive hotels around the NEC, and is incredibly convenient if you want to go back and forth to your accomodation with ease. To get to the Moxy, it is only a short walk (around two minutes) from the entrance of the NEC.

However, if you do decide to book this hotel, you will be looking at paying anywhere between £600-£700.

The Genting Hotel (£££££)

The Genting is another hotel that is close to the front of the NEC. It is around a seven minute walk from the front of the NEC.

This hotel is the most expensive one on this list, with a price mark coming at a range of £600-£1000.

The Hilton Metropole (£££)

The Hilton Metropole is also fairly close to the NEC, and is also convenient if you want to go back and forth from your accomodation. This hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the front entrance of the NEC. However if you are going back late at night they sometimes close the door nearest to the front of the NEC, which means you will have to walk around to the front of the hotel.

If you were to book this hotel, you would be looking at a price of around £500-£600.

The Hilton Metropole offers single, twin, double, queen, and king rooms. As well as a variation of suites.

Crowne Plaza (£££££)

At around a ten minute walk, this is one of the closest on offer at the NEC. You can get to this hotel by following the path alongside the lake, and up past Resorts World. However, much like the Moxy and the Hilton Metropole, the proximity to the NEC comes at a cost.

The price range of this hotel comes in around £700-£850.

This Crowne Plaza offers queen, twin, and super king rooms.

IBIS Styles (£££)

Coming in at around the same price as the Premier Inn and at around the same distance is the IBIS Styles. You can access this hotel by going towards the train station, where there are signs showing you to go down some stairs, you can then walk to the hotel from there. Overall it is around a 20 minute walk.

The price range for this hotel comes in around £400-£500.

Premier Inn (££)

The Premier Inn one of the further away hotels. However if you don’t mind the walk through over the sky bridge to the other side of the NEC, then from there to the Premier Inn, this can be one of the more affordable hotels at the NEC.

The price range for this hotel comes in around £400-£500.

Hilton Garden Inn (£££)

This hotel is a similar distance to the NEC to the IBIS and IBIS Budget. The main difference between them is that it is generally quicker to walk to the train station, leave the train station, then walk to the hotel from there. In total the walk takes around 20 minutes.

The price range of this hotel is around £500-£600.

IBIS (££)

Located in the same building as the IBIS Budget, you will also need to get to it in the same way. As to get to this hotel you also need to go through the train station, and get the monorail across to the airport. You can then walk out of the airport to the hotel.

The price range of this hotel comes in around £350-£450.

The IBIS offers twin, queen, family, and accessible rooms.

This is the cheapest hotel on this list, however this does come with its own detriments. To get to this hotel you need to go through the train station, and get the monorail across to the airport. You can then walk out of the airport to the hotel.

The price range for this hotel comes in around £300-£400.

The IBIS Budget offers double and triple rooms.

The Arden (££)

Compared to all of the other hotels on this list, this one is the furthest away. At around a 25 minute walk from the NEC, the Arden it situated on the far side of the train tracks. To get to this hotel you wil need to walk up past Resorts World, then turn left to walk back down behind Resorts World. You will then find a bridge across the train tracks, go across there, you can then follow the road that goes under the bridge towards the hotel.

The price range of this hotel is around £400-£500.

Outside of these hours a courtesy bus is in operation. Please use bus stop C from the Airport Terminal and bus stop NB at the Train Station. Please note that these hotels are listed in order of distance from the front of the NEC.
