At Bean Dynamic, we organise a grocery delivery for Bean attendees at every Insomnia event.
Our grocery order is back for i72! Here is your chance to order some cheap food from the local supermarket and get it delivered straight to your BYOC desk (or collect from BYOC if you are a weekender). No need to pay expensive NEC food prices for every meal or lug all your snacks here on public transport.
Our order is picked up on Thursday evening and distributed by volunteers in BYOC, this is usually finished between 1am and 3am, please be patient while waiting for your order as distribution takes a significant amount of time!
This event we are limiting the number of items you can order, and capping the number of orders we will be taking. This is due to the sheer amount of work this order requires. Item limits are now up to 15 item listings per person (you may order multiple of one item but do not abuse it). We will be closing the form after we have received 15 individual order forms – so place your orders early if you want to be sure of a spot!
ASDA orders close on 24/04/2024 (or when the 15 order slots fill up), and payments must also be made by midnight on 24/03/2024. The form will stay open until 6pm 28/03/2024 for emergency Tesco orders only, which will be vetted.
We still will be needing drivers, pickers and distributors who will be sober on Thursday evening, as well as members to help bring trollies out to get the orders back to BYOC.
