In summary…
Bean Dynamic takes photos of its’ members while at gaming events – including, but not limited to Insomnia events. These photographs are shared publicly on our gallery pages, on Discord, Google Photos and the Bean Dynamic website. While we will make a best effort to accommodate requests for photographs to be removed in the event of them causing offense or harm, photos will not be removed otherwise.
