Welcome to BYOC with Bean Dynamic!

On this page you can find our seating plans, a seatpicker guide and information on other BYOC activities we will be running over the weekend.

To check your seat please check the seating plan below, you can also view your seat on the Insomnia Seatpicker. Once our row is secured, a hall map will also be available on this page to show where our row is situated in the BYOC hall. Look out for the big Bean Dynamic banners as you approach! If you want to join the clan in BYOC please let a member of staff know. If you need help joining the clan on the seat picker, please visit our quick guide at the bottom of this page or message a member of staff on our Discord for help.

We appreciate you keeping your desk as clean as possible. Remember to be kind and friendly with other community members and be considerate of others’ belongings. If you have any issues please speak to a member of staff on Discord (see our team page) so we can sort your issue as soon as possible.

How to use the seat picker

1. Start by going to the Insomnia Seatpicker website and create an account (if you already have an account log in and skip to 3.)

2. Create a username on the profile section

3. Check your tickets under the orders section, if you have multiple tickets you can assign these to a friend’s account. This will let them build loyalty points but means they will have to join the clan individually.

4. Press go to seat picker or select the Insomnia event tab on the left bar

5. Use the Clan Setup tool to search for BeanDynamic and click find. A matching team should appear and you can request to join.

6. After you have applied make sure you contact a member of staff on Discord and let us know your username, seating preferences, and that your clan application is pending so that we can accept it.

7. Relax! Your seats are sorted, you can check your placement on the seating plan on this page.
